Small Bites Recipe
1/2 cup Brummel & Brown Original Spread
1/4 cup peeled, grated fresh apple (about 1 medium apple)
2 tsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Peel and core apple, and use a cheese grater with wide holes to fully grate, or until you have about 1/4 cup grated.
In a small bowl, mix grated apple, 2 tsp. packed brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, and 1/2 cup Brummel & Brown spread until well blended.
Spread on toast, bagels, biscuits, English muffins… top warm pancakes or waffles… or, even stir into hot oatmeal for a creamy, wholesome breakfast. The possibilities are endless!
